North Hastings fire departments have collectively responded to numerous burn complaints and brush fire calls. We’d like to remind everyone that a Total Burn Ban means no fires what so ever. Barbeques and fire pits that run off propane are able to be used so long as they have a functioning shut off valve.
Please keep clear of any areas affected by wildfires. Avoid swimming or boating on lakes where water bombers are present. And ensure you do not fly any drones within the vicinity of any wildfires.
